How to make magnesium lotion

Magnesium is a vital part of overall well-being and that’s why I use it daily. Many people are deficient in this essential mineral that the body uses for hundreds of reactions. Every cell in the body needs some magnesium, and it is essential for bones, teeth, muscles and joint health as well as for optimal sleep and stress reduction.

Magnesium deficiency is very prevalent because many of us have life styles that actively deplete magnesium such as lack of sleep, excessive stress, or alcohol / caffeine / sugar consumption. In addition to this, many natural sources of magnesium are depleted (such as soil due to over-farming and high pesticide use) and water filtration systems that greatly reduce the amount of natural magnesium in the water.

The ocean is still a wonderful source of trace mineral and magnesium, but for those of us who do not have daily access to the beach, transdermal magnesium oil can be the easiest way and the most effective way to increase magnesium levels. I have recently seen research that magnesium can do everything, reduce stress, improve sleep and even eliminate morning sickness!

I take magnesium internally and I use it on my skin every day in a form of magnesium oil. I will share with you a recipe to prepare your own magnesium oil and that will save you a lot of money.

Home Magnesium Oil is simple to design with flakes of magnesium chloride helps to improve sleep and lower stress.

  • ½ cup of magnesium chloride flakes
  • ½ cup distilled water
  • A glass bowl or a glass measuring cup
  • A glass vaporizer (or plastic)

Boil the distilled water. It is important to use distilled water to extend the shelf life of the mixture. Put the magnesium chloride flakes in the glass bowl or measuring cup and pour the boiling water over it.

Stir well until completely dissolved. Let cool completely and put in the spray bottle. It can be stored at room temperature for at least six months. I keep it in my bathroom for everyday use.
